    There is a simple reason, muscle weighs more than fat! So if uve been hitting the gym hard you will be converting fat into muscle, loosing inches but not noticing much on scales. Hope that helps.

    I use the normal amount of water for the shake and then drop about 3-4 crushed ice cubes into the mix using a little hand stick blender blitz it till its mixed and enjoy you will still have a few chunks of ice left but the shake will now be nice and cold

    Sounds like you've had a rough start but chin up and you will do great! My CDC charges a flat £2 rate for all products and book was £1.50 but she is really helpful and will always respond to any questions I have, but good luck to you and I hope your journey get easier from now on :)
