    you say your blood sugars drop are you diabetic as it does say in the book diabetics should not follow the fasting diet. if you are not diabetic I cant understand why you aren't loosing. try having 1 really blow out day to shock the body then go back onto plan and try again

    the carrot cake uses 5 scan bran ( this can be Either a HEX or 5syns the choice is yours) if you are only going to eat a small bit e.g 1/5 it will be worth taking the syn value rather than using your HEX .
