    1lb loss today which took me to 13 13 :) Also got my 1/2 st award and slimmer of the week :) So, I'm away for a dander into the next bracket..... But it's my 30th this wknd so just hoping I can stay there lol!

    :) 3lb loss which takes me to a nice even 14st :) However I'm maybe thinking it's a tad water weight as I had very little to eat the day before due to sick babby's. Made a beef madras tonight which was fandabydosy!

    This dieting malarkey is expensive, just spent £50 on futtery kitchen bits that I had to have! Only problem is I got them on amazon so have to make do with standard spoons and one measuring jug until it arrives....     Hubby and BFF (cos I'm 5yrs old). Colleagues in work know I'm doing it as well, but we are all diet freaks and often do vlcd's on and off. In fact it was a girl in work who made me look in to vlcd.

    People are advised to eat 'normally' on non fast days, unfortunately most of us end up over weight because we don't know how to eat normally. I'd recommend calorie counting at least one day just so you know that you're staying under your recommended level
