    I eat a lot, as long as you only eat until you are satisfied you will lose weight and also eat a balanced diet which I think is key element so like SW make sure you carry on eating your fruit and veg :D

    I do the school run which is 80 mins in total for each day, I have 4 dogs and 1 foster dog so walk those and I also have an exercise bike :D

    Bread Question?

    On Simply Filling does everybody use WW's bread products or do you use other makes wraps/bagels/pittas? It is just sometimes it is hard to find WW's products and they do cost a lot compared to other brands. If you do does it affect your weight loss?
