    Hi all. This is my second week on lipotrim. Lost 6lbs first week. Second weigh in tomorrow. Think this is a seriously impressive diet. Have holidays in 3 weeks so probably eat sensibly and back on LT when I return. Hopefully I won't put it all back on. :(

    I weighed in tonight and only had half a pound off in my first week. I'm happy it's off and not on but I really felt I deserved alot more. I was filling up on free food, using my allowed skimmed milk, I didn't have any healthy extra 'b' choice all week, so i guess not much fibre. Can anyone help? X

    2nd week weigh in today and lost 3lb! So thats 8lb altogether! Was seriously thinking of giving up this week.. but somehow managed to buy another week!! Seems my weight loss is slower than others :( but bring on week 3!

    I have been using Lipotrim which seems like the longest week ever! And i got weighed today and lost 5lb, im not over the moon for some reason :( It seems so hard, i just cant stop thinking about food! Hope this diet helps break the habit!!
