    Went to Birmingham to meet a friend today and ended up going to pizza hut for lunch. Had the toppings only of about 4 slices, but ate about 1.5 slices of the base??? Will this throw me out of ketosis do you think? X

    I fell off the wagon about 3 weeks ago when we went out with friends (pre arranged) and I can't seem to get back in it. I decided yesterday was the day and ate everything right for Atkins including lots and lots of water! Woke this morning feeling absolutely awful, THUMPING headache all day...
