    Thanks for the replies. I managed 5 days on my 1200 diet - weighed myself on Friday and I'd put on weight. So the diet went out the window this weekend - I have been to McDonalds twice in the past 24hrs and just ate profiteroles and a doghnut... Now what haha?!
