    Poshtotty- I also tend to lose weight really slowly apart from the odd week. It is so frustrating when you have lots to lose like I do but I try to look on the positive which is any off has got to be better for us :-)

    Am I the only person who is suddenly obsessed with food? Only started on Thurs and can't stop thinking about food. Also very hungry which I know I shouldnt be but I think its psychological rather than actual hungry.

    Thanks Barbara, That makes a lot of sense. I think for me, the key is to stop acting on urges which are only in my mind. I know they are not physical as I am in ketosis and therefore not hungry so it is all in the mind but up till now I have found it near on impossible not to act on them.

    I do have a lot of light headedness (not a word but hey ho!) Often have to stand still till it passes. Also am more forgetful/clumsy since I've been on it. I drink lots of water so know it is not this but am looking forward to RTM as it is not particularly pleasant
