1lb for me, quite happy because in the weight loss race I'm definitley in the tortoise lane, having said that I've lost 5 stones so far. It's taken me almost 2 years but never mind, it's staying off and that's the main thing.

I bought tights in the supermarket! Ok, in the larger size they sell but £1.75 for 3 pairs as oppsed to £2.40 per pair I have been buying!

Argos value range hand blender is fine, I've had mine a couple of years and it cost less than a fiver.

I lost yesterday-they were giving away free boxes of 12 in Meadowhall and my daughter and I got 1 each! (Did give a box away though) Ate 2 and they were nice but not worth the regular price or syns!
