just thought I would let you know what I had ... got some uncle bens rice, prawns, chicken, a tin of toms and a pac of microwave veg, mixed some together and heated it in the microwave. Yum ... and now have enough for dinner tonight and maybe even lunch tomorrow. Many thanks for all your help...

Brown rice salad, with lettuce, pepper, tuna, beetroot, tomatoes, tuna, onion and balsamic vinegar. Also found vegetarian sushi in M&S which is supposed to be free on EE but will save that for tomorrow's lunch lol . Fat free yogurt and fruit for after :)

Yes I suppose, and I've only put a bit of it in to bulk up my salad .... sorry just in a terrible mood today ..... and I like to save my syns for a glass of wine when I get home from work and the gym :) Grrr need a punch bag today lol heheh thanks again for your help xxx

Ohhhhhh just when I thought I had a great, syn free lunch ... I've just looked at Uncle Ben's express rice and it's got syns attached to it??? I don't understand why why it's just plain brown rice, can anyone explain?? Feeling tired and cranky today ..... :mad: grrrrr :p

Hi there, I just have a quick query on the above topics. Why are Ryvita minis so high in syns?? 5 per pack - surely they are whole grain and good for us? Also - am I right in thinking If I buy an M&S superfood salad, don't pour the dressing over, the salad is syn free? Thanks so much Ep
