Lost another 5lbs this week. but now going on holiday to Spain all-inclusive, so not sure about weight when I come back.
Must keep up the running, ready for race for life on06/07/08.

Going to Salou on 23/06/08. Can not wait. In the last 6 months lost 2 stone , now fit , running, walking, doing pilates.

I have just finished my second week of running training for the race for life, it really does motivate you to get out there when you have a goal.
Was however gutted when I didn't lose any weight last week, roll on this week, I have really stuck to the regime.
Go for it you slimming world...
As well as walking the dogs every day (1-5 miles).
Will add 3 hours of pilates per week.
Plus 3 runs per week to train for the Race for life in Leyland (Lancs on06/07/08.

Just started slimming world and lost 6.5 lb in the first week.
Thought I would have a change from Rosemary Conley as I was not really losing or gaining, any tips would be welcome.:)
To do a 5 mile walk 3 times a week with my cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Pilates 3 times a week for 30 minutes and 2 20 minute runs.
Going to start at slimming world class on Monday as I have got fed up with rosemary Conley.
You usually go onto 1500 calories.
This would be made up with 1 treat of 100 calories of anything. Also a glass of wine, if you like wine and other calories would be made up in the 5% or less food.

Lost 3 lb this week, but gained 1.5 lb last week, so in 2 weeks lost 1.5 lb, would lose more, if I did not have silly binges at bed time. Roll on the summer and beach holidays!
Yesterday I had:
Baked beans on seeded toast with fruit juice.
Strawberries, blueberries and a kiwi (power snack).
Wholemeal pitta with mackerel and salad.
An apple (power snack)
Chicken, Leek and Potato Pie with green salad.
With lots of water and herbal tea!

I have been with Rosemary Conley Club on and off for about 4 years.
I feel I am on a roll now but need support to get me to goal by June (30lbs to go!)
