    I honestly think sonographers put this when they are not very good! My bMI is really high and when I went for USS because of abnormal liver tests she wrote poor views due to body habitus. I had to go back and a different sonographers said I don't know how my colleague missed these gallstones...

    Yes I used to use those before too. The anti reflux has to be made in warm milk rather than hot so it's pretty easy to manage. The gaviscon should work straight away and if it does you will need a repeat xx

    Copper coil can cause heavy and irregular bleeding but it does usually settle by about 9 months, if you can bear it that long! Endometriosis could also contribute, are you in a lot of pain? Xx

    Sorry you are feeling so rubbish. It sounds like a bug that's hit you hard and you are recovering.     Are you doing very low every day Kirsty? Have you been on the fasting site that tells you your low and high kcals? Good weight loss but it's virtually a vlcd ( Cambridge is 800 kcals a day) so I would take multi vitamin and make sure you are eating plenty of iron rich foods as well x

    Ben was the opposite he'd sleep in his cot but nowhere else it was horrific. Wouldn't sleep in car, pram, bouncer. Do whatever you have to to get through it, it's awful. I hope it doesn't last long for you xx

    Go and see your dr, explain that it is recurrent you probably need fluconazole to treat it and Paul May need treatment to (this could be why it keeps coming back), reducing yeast in your diet can help along with the usual, mild soaps, cotton underwear etc. x

    Try small doses of caffeine if you can for the headache it sometimes helps with post lp pain, regarding the episiotomy as Susie said towards the end of the first week it should start feeling better. Hope things improve soon xx

    You are "meant" to avoid fruit because of the sweetness as Frances says however carrots are pretty sweet too. Ben prefers carrots parsnips squash sweet potato to apple and pear x

    We always had 3 hourly bottles too, there is no problem at all with that, I would hold off weaning as long as you possibly can the closer to 6 months the better.
