    Having a really hard time at the moment with family life.... Trying so hard not to cave in and just give up. Not eaten for days really so when mum shoved Fresh bread and butter under my nose at lunch time I couldn't resist (my weakness). Couldn't even stomach the steak and salad she did for me...

    What snack food do you always have prepared?

    I have strips of chicken in the fridge most the time. Great to just grab and lush added to a salad to bulk it up a bit. Guess you could use most chilled meat.
