    The usual rule is to half the total fat amount - so if its 18g fat, then calculate the sat fat as 9g. Its not exact - it can't be but its the usual way WW tell you to do it. x

    Doing this from memory but its short and sweet. 8 scan bran crumbled up (some people use Ryvita original) I crumbled mine up in a mini blender. 1 tbp water 1 tbs syrup 4 tbs nutella. mix together and divide into little cake cases - makes about 20 at 1 syn each....yummy. :D

    I have made a batch of lemon ones. An acquired taste methinks. A bit chewy and not light at all. I think the texture of the cous cous is a bit odd. Maybe they will seem more inviting tomorrow. :o
