    I think I lost slightly faster on CD, but I hated every mouthful. I love the variety on S&S and the food is quite delicious too! I find this one far easier to stick to.

    I weigh every day and I've noticed fluctuations too. So much goes into it - did I drink enough? Have I pooped? What did I eat as my meal? Over the week is what matters, not on a daily basis. Keep your chin up and remember, whatever you lose, it's a loss!

    Haha! Yes. It is almost too good to be true. One thing I'd say is that you may not like everything, but there will be a lot more choice and those things you do like, you'll really like :) I actually ate the white chocolate and yoghurt bar and said "yum!" out loud!

    I've got 16lb left to go :) I'm also going to eat Slimming world way after. Slimming world isn't so much a diet but a healthy way of eating, so it helps keep things stable. You do expect to gain a little, but so long as you refeed properly, there's no reason you can't keep it off :)

    I hated the original but love the sweet. I put an additional 3 splenda in and I'm good to go! FWIW, I did cambridge, but couldn't stomach living on three shakes which I liked. S&S was a godsend :) Good luck x

    Ketosis is when you put your body into a state where it burns your fat (and muscle), instead of consumed foods. :) As the PP said, it's all on the cambridge website. Be aware that cambridge isn't the only diet that involves ketosis too. There's Atkins, Lighterlife (very similar to cambridge)...
