Thinking of giving it a go

I personally only follow the principles, keeping to the calorie allowance and low GI foods. If a diet is too restrictive then I wouldn't be able to keep to it.

As soon as I started logging things all of a sudden I could find 30 mins most days to do a physical exercise - which is really important to me, I may never be super skinny but I can be physically fit and...

    From Slimming World to Rosemary

I found the first two weeks the hardest but it is worth sticking to it because it gives you a kick start and it is only for two weeks..... You can still eat unlimited vegetables but not fruit but that is probably because it is a low GI diet and fruit can be high in GI. Good luck, I hope it goes...

    Diet cOKE Chicken

May take a bit of time but you could work it out on any of the calorie counting websites that are around - going by the recipe it does look reasonable in calories provided not too much chicken is used Out of interest what does the diet coke add to the taste

3 lbs for me this week - I can't believe I have lost 16 lbs in the first 4 weeks. Thanks for your words of support and well done to everyone who keeps at it - after all if you don't try and do anything about it then your weight isn't going to just disappear magically on its own accord, if you...

    First week done

It has been a hard week but I have been rewarded with an 8lb loss!!:D I can't believe it - I am so glad that I stuck with it when I was tempted to stray. Hopefully the second week will be a bit easier and if it isn't I just need to remember that if I stick to it I will regret that less than...

Unfortunately I can't swap the meals around as I don't have the facility to heat food up at work. I might just...
