    SLIMFAST - FEB CHALLENGE

    I think I'm scared to weigh myself....just incase I haven't lost anything....but I know my clothes feel better so I must have. In previous diets, the week the scales didn't move was the week I stopped dieting. So this time a new approach.....weigh in once a month at the most.

    Hi there Just joined today. I've been on slim fast for 40 days and I haven't weighed myself once. I'm going to do 50 days and see how much I've lost and if I'm happy keep going....fingers crossed!!
