    Hi latte, Don't be too gutted. The 1st week can go either way, some have a massive loss, some 1lb and some gain. Sometimes i think the body goes into shock thinking "Hang on, what's going on here?" If you stick to plan 100%, try and fill your plate with 1/3 freefoods (salad or veg) and drink...

    I keep chickens and having eaten my girls eggs straight after being laid, i don't think I could ever buy a shop egg again! Generally, home produced eggs are good to eat for up to 3 weeks.
