    Fat vs Muscle

    Interesting posts. I love the fact that muscle burns more calories. This means with good muscle tone you can be burning more calories whilst sitting on your sofa. Based on this, I've started to use the gym more and use weights as part of my exercise plan.

    Ohh bless - I hope you feel better soon. When I experienced ear ache, I used hopi candles - a natural remedy. It really helped and its very soothing.

    Tips For The Weekend ?

    I also plan to go for long country with a friend tomorrow morning. I'm out at a party in the evening and I'm going to try my hardest to stay on diet coke all night, I'll pretend it's wine. Mothering Sunday, my daughter will take me out for meal - this will have to be my day off from SW.

    Statistics - What size are you at what weight?

    I'm 5.10 I weight 13.8 - I'm a size 16 top - I have amble bussoms. My bottoms are size 14. It all depends were you shop - I fitted into a size 12 skirt from H&M! Don't you just love vanity sizing. I will be quite happy to go down to a size 14 top and 12 bottom and stay there.

    SW Wot Do You Prefer Red, Green Or EE

    I prefer Extra Easy Plan - I tried the Green/Red Day plan many years ago and it did not work for me. I ended up putting on weight. The EE is most sustainable diet I have done to date. To me it's about going back to basic cooking from scratch and minimising cakes, sweets & pastries.

    Spicy chicken cous cous salad - ready chilled meal brought from Asda. Strawberries with mullier light yoghurt. I won't get home until later tonight so I had to buy something to eat on the go. When I get home I'm going to have two alpine light cereal bars and a options chocolate drink.

    Yayyyyyyy work people have noticed already !

    Its a good feeling when people notice you've lost weight and pay you a compliment. A woman at an aerobics class this morning asked if I had lost weight and said had to look twice to see if it was really me. I walked out with a spring in my step - she made my day! Keep up the good work.

    I rate Shock Absorber bras - they are brilliant. The are widely available from high street department stores. They retail from £20 ish pounds. I got a proper fitting from a department store and then ordered a brand new one from Ebay for £6!

    Secret to shaping up

    I watched the programme, very interesting! The fidget pants experiment made me think how inactive I am during the day. 12 minutes intense exercise a week would definitely save me some time at the leisure centre. However I enjoy the social aspect of getting out and meeting people.

    Who's Loving Zumba!!!!

    I love zumba, been doing it for over a year. It's great fun and gives me a chance to get my groove on! It's the only aerobics class that keeps me smiling and laughing throughout. It's a really good pick me up after a being confined to an office all day.
