    We go away on August 17th. I guess you're right about sticking to it - I guess mentally I am preparing myself that if it doesn't go right on hol then I will get straight back to it when I get back if you see what I mean?

    Morning all - been on attack for 4 days - day 1 -2.5, day2 -2, day 3 -1, day 4 +1. Is this normal? Have eaten nothing different on day 4. Was very disappointed when I stepped on scales :mad:

    yes got stuff!! - going to do attack for 5 days - if I last that long!!! Hoping not to have the side effects as don't want it to put me off!! Usually drink lots of water anyway so hopefully won't find that too hard!
