    The lemon is so refreshing in this weather! I found some yummy pinapple and coconut NAS pop in asda today, and a squeeze of juice and a few slices of fresh lemon in it is amazing! Thought it was going to be really hard to consume so many lemons but im loving it :)

    I tracked my calories for 7 months!! Using my fitness pal. I was curious lol but have given it up now ha ha. They were always between 1200-1600.....I have big portions and lots of roast dinners, fry ups etc etc....SW is perfect and there is no need to worry about calories! xx

    I wouldn't reduce syns unless you find it easy to do so! Just draw a line and move on :) Reducing syns can make you feel deprived. Drink lots, eat olts of super free and remember it was just a blip. xx

    Sometimes i have binged on alot of food i dont actually want....just because what i do actualy want i feel i cant have, or i dont have in the house!     You are allowed to eat it! As long as you follow the 3rd super free rule and stop eating when you are full you will start losing :) I do EE 90% of the time and i still find it hard to believe i can eat a big fry up or a roast dinner and lose weight :)

    Dont give up :) Try a full week on EE and see how you get on! It may take a week or two for your body to lose. Also the reason lots of people have a huge loss in the first week is due to losing water. It all depends on how well you ate before starting SW. Good luck for next week xx

    Scales ~ what do they say?

    To check your scales are accurate, and which 'spot' on the bathroom floor is the right one (lol) why not weigh something like bags of sugar or bottles of water that you know weigh x ammount and check the accuracy! I weigh water (1 litre is 1kg) to check my scales are telling me the correct weight xx

    colmans garlic and herb season and shake

    I used it for just breasts. Reduced the cooking time to 30 mins and didn't add any oil. It works out really low syn divided by 4 people and gives a good ammount of lovely garlicy sauce :)

    Help with diary - newbie with small losses

    Well done on losing such a fab amount of weight on celebrity slim! And on giving up smoking. Small losses are still fab! It may be slower with slimming world but its worth it to never be hungry :) xx
