Try the sw roulade, it's lush!! My favourite is sw Eton mess, it's basically muller light vanilla, hand full of berries, and half a meringue nest broken up in a dish!!!! Nom non nom!!!

Thank you all!! Having various styles and sizes of bra, from 32c to 36d i know that there isnt one difinitive bra size per person! Just couldnt make sense of the minus measurement!! Ive got over 100 of the ******* so having lost some weight and inches its time to whittle out the none fitting!!!

I heard that boxers eat a lot of grapefruit before weigh ins to get their weight down, sw book says they are superfree and super speed, ive noticed the weeks i have more grapefruit i have a better loss!!! I keep to plan aswell though Let me know if any of you notice a difference, good luck xxxx
