    Yes I have a diary! I'm wondering if it is cos I tend to eat the same things every day! I'm gonna try and mix it up abit somehow! I eat soup every day for lunch but might try something different... Does anyone have any ideas? Xx

    I eat plenty of fruit and veg... Never eat processed meals. At night I always have lots of chicken or pork with veg veg and veg!! Argh it's so frustrating! X

    I stood on the scales this morning and I was 10 stone3!! I'm sooo chuffed! Really want to get under the 10stone mark! On diets before iv always hit 10 stone the hit a wall and can't seem to get any lower!! What are you eating on a daily basis? Any hints or tips you could give me :-) xx
