    Hi :) I remember when I did Atkins ages ago, they did stall me and I think it would be because of the high salt content?? so just make sure you are drinking enough water but if you're still losing despite eating them - it should be ok! :) xxx

    Thank you!! and I have to say looking at your food diary, I will definitely try the pork sausages you have for breakfast. less time consuming than making omelettes in the morning before rushing off to work :) one question about the butter you use, is it unsalted?or does it not matter? xxx

    You could go to a cafe near your hotel and order an omelette and salad for breakfast and any restaurants you go to for lunch and dinner, you can just order any protein with roasted veg and ask not to include any sugar or flour when cooking. I've never been there but I'm sure the cafes and...
