    hello Hello I am Helen from Wales,Joined SW 16 of July,2011. starting weight 17st 12lbs. I am 4ft 11ins. I am 2 and half lbs from half a stone,I put 2lbs on one week,I realy need to try harder,My club 10 target is 16st 1 lbs so realy need to get a grip :)

    Butter Shame they feel they have to add butter,I hate butter and Marge,I have dry bread or cheese spread on toast... I visit Toby's regular won't be again with hidden syn's !!!! :(cook my own :D

    Why do they put butter on veg? anoyes me as most people think they eating healthy going to Toby's then chef decides to add butter,I won't visit again make my own dinners....
