    wow your weightloss is pretty amazing indeed :-) I also joined SW after doing loads of other diets and giving up on them. SW seems sustainable to me. Weight is coming off slowly but I've decided that as long as it's going down I'll be happy with that.

    I lost 3lbs this week. V happy as I almost gave up on Slimming World completely after staying the same last week. Must say, if I'd been doing it 'at home' and not going to the classes I probably would have given up and this thread really helped too. Thanks for the encouragement!

    Thanks :-) It is Sunday and my weight is the same although I have been being v strict since Thursday. I hope I will have lost something by next Thursday.
