    Couch to 5k challenge

    I do my runs on the treadmill so that's how I know my pace. I know it's not important, but I guess that depends on the person. For me it adds to the challenge and it increases the intensity of the workout. I like a challenge so increasing the pace definately challenges me!!! :)

    Extra Easy Help with Syns....

    Personally I use a few syns during the day (tomato ketchup, nutella etc) but the majority I have in the evening. This is the time of day I struggle the most. So, to celebrate being good every day I have a treat of a small chocolate bar and an alcoholic drink every evening whilst watching tv xx

    What do you do when on hols?

    I went to Tenerife a couple of weeks ago.........all inclusive. I ate and drunk loads!!! Seriously enjoyed though and am now working on getting the 3.5 lbs I put on back off. Worth it and I would do it again though!!
