    Hi All, I lost 2.5lbs at WI tonight, a little disappointed as I was hoping for a bigger loss. I think I need to eat more in the mornings as I am getting hungry between breakfast & lunch.... Really hungry now, on bus home after SW can't wait to eat dinner x x

    You can have as much as you like until you are full.... For example, I had savoury rice but only ate 3/4 of it as I was full, ate the rest a few hours later, also have lots of superfree food i.e. fruit & veg to fill you up as well. It will all fall into place after a few days :)

    Plan your meals, make a list of foods that you like and that are free, also stock up on lots of fruit & veg.... I am really looking forward to my lunch, Batchelors beef savoury rice & veg, yummy!! You can do it!!
