Just in case you don't know, despite being a natural healthy food honey shouldn't be given to baby's under one. Something about it carrying spores which can harmful to undeveloped immune systems. I put honey in mine and apple purée in for baby.

I made this, the one with cottage cheese that is, and it really was fab. Even the OH who hates things like cottage cheese liked it! I'd even go as far as to say I prefer it over a traditional béchamel one, it was that good. I did use Longley Farm cottage cheese though so just had to syn that.

It was on the news, there was a Newsnight special on it, I can confirm they are beyond fab!

I love Total, it's fab. Totally didn't know about the 2% one being so low, never tried it before but I now can't wait to get my hands on some tomorrow. Sad, I know.

I do this with cheese and milk all the time. Actually I and also do it with 1 small slice of wholemeal bread and 1 Alpen light bar at times and it doesn't seem to affect my losses.
