Thanks so much for clarifying. I'm using tesco Irish porridge oats which for 25g seems to be 4.5 syns so I did my sums last night and it's 2 muffins = 1 hexB after that they are 2.7 syns. I used 30g oats per 2 muffins. I haven't gone over my syn allowance - phew!! But at least now I know before...

Hi claireanddanielson I'm on 29 pp per day. I had 3 stone to lose, have lost 1stone 9lbs so far. I think as u get closer to goal it gets harder and so you really have to try not eat the 49 extras. Has anyone else found this?? X

I only lose lbs when I dont use the 49 extra! I eat the exercise points though and still lose. I used 30 of the 49 pts at weekend and put ON 2.5lbs!! So disappointed ?
