    Sort of struggling with my "diet"

    You need to eat more than 400 calories per day. If you cut out refined carbs and sugar you will lose weight fairly quickly. Protein and Complex carbs fill you up. Starving yourself will lead to a rebound. I know I have been there.good luck

    Finding time to exercise

    Buy a kettlebell. It is working wonders for me. Don't have time to go to a Gym but can fit in ten min session of swings every second day. Make sure you get one that is not too light. Good luck.
