    Whey Protein, when to drink it?

    I've found that a shake about 45 mins before the gym doesnt make me feel too bloated to train and then one within 30 mins of finishing training. Remember the carbs once you've trained as well, a bottle of luco or similar before the protein shake is a good idea.
