    Thanks Ruth, I was in shock!!:eek: I expected a pound but not three. Im going to get back into doing my food diary on here this week as I felt that motivated me alot and hopefully the weather will get a bit better next week so I can get out on some long doggie walks.

    I just made a wholewheat tortilla from asda, on esource it pointed it as 2pp but this seems quite low and I've read on here that it esource isn't always correct. Does anyone know if this is correct?

    I had one at the weekend and pointed it as 14, I pointed for 1 and a half pittas (just in case) - 6pp, large chicken breast -6pp and 1pp for 50g of chilli sauce. I added my own mayo for an extra point. When I got it though it was in a naan bread, so only had a few mouthfuls of that, god knows...

    Ive just gone back to ww after doing sw a few times, the main reasons I went back was I constantly felt bloated with all the carbs and got so sick of eggs and bacon! I know it works for alot of people but its definatly not for me.

    Ive only been back on ww for one day but feel so much better already. Nowhere as bloated as before and was lovely to be able to have pizza for my tea last night instead of pasta or bacon which I felt like I lived on while doing sw!
