    The lemon and pepper fish fusions is 13 syns for each piece of cod on a green day. Healthy extras tend to be 6 syns so even if you did count the cod as a healthy extra (I'm not sure if you can though) it would still be 7 syns per cod

Its recommended that you fill up on the superfree foods first so that you dont over eat on the pasta etc, but there is no need to weigh any of it :D just remember sweetcorn is free but not super free unless its baby corn.
