    EE - what do you have on a jacket potato?

    I love tuna, sweet corn and kidney beans mixed together. I split the jacket, spoon in Philly light then load the tuna etc on top. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning, black pepper then pop under the grill the warm it all up! Had that for lunch every day last week.....time for a change this week...

    Is bicarbonate of soda the same as baking powder? And is it ok to use to make the oat bran cookies during attack? I need something sweet and can't face anymore splenda in Greek yogurt!! Thanks x x x

    I'm having Greek fat free yogurt - think it is called total - and have been adding splenda sweetener to it. Too much sweetener actually, feel abit sick from it now!! But it is stopping me wanting chocolate!! Xx

    Cottage Cheese

    Hiya - I'm about to start this diet tomorrow so have bought loads of foods from the list but can't find 0% fat cottage cheese. I have bought a tesco light choices (1% fat, 3% saturates). Do you think this will be ok, as cottage cheese is one of the things I plan on eating most!! Thank you x x x
