    Just been for my 2nd weigh in, should have been Monday but they were closed due to the bank holiday. Anyway, I lost another 4lbs :) & start re-feeding today as I'm going on holiday next Tuesday. Intend to start again on my return. How has everyone else done? Sarah x

    Day 1 (second time round)

    Yuk yuk yuk

    I've put fresh chilli & garlic in the soup before, you buy them in tubes from Asda/Tesco. The chemist said it was fine & it made the soup taste far better. :)

    Woops gave you wrong info on updating this site... All you do is click on Update Statistics on the left of your post.

    Well done on your loss, that's brilliant ! I've just updated mine & all I did was double click on the ticker itself & click update then entered my pin & it let me put in my current weight. Don't forget to update it on this site too, I think I clicked on edit signature. All the best for week...

    Did anyone else have Day 1 on Mon 18th July?

    Hi, I started on Monday 18th too. I've found it really easy & have had no problems at all.
