    Chicken soup ideas?

    Hi all, my chemist gave me chicken soup instead of vanilla for some reason...I'm not going all the way back to change it! I have tasted the chick soup on its own and found it just revolting! So any ideas how to jazz it up? Could I make it with a stock cube maybe?

    Yeh, remember your tummy has shrunk a lot being on this diet so probably only a tiny bit of food will make you feel really full :)

    Tummy bug???

    I was in my sisters yesterday with my son...her friend was there, her friends husband and son had been sick all that day with a tummy bug (of course I only found this out today :mad:) When her friend went home she started vomiting as well and my sisters little one has been up all night vomiting...

    Shakes

    I am the same with the strawberry, can only tolerate them for the first two weeks then they get a bit sickly :( I just get mostly chocolate with a couple of vanilla that I make into milk for coffee :)

    week 4, fatigue/cold/head rushs

    Don't give in!!! Its your body fighting back and saying "NOOOOO I want to hang on to all this yummy comforting fat!!" Just drink lots of of fizzy water really cold and then do some online window shopping :)

    I Know that with me it tends to be small loss big loss and thats the pattern. On my first time lipo diet I didn't lose anything on week 8 and then lost 10lb's on week 9!

    Losing motivation at wk 7 :(

    there are very few other diets where you'd lose 4lb's a week consistently! A few ideas: Get a pound of butter from the fridge, put it in your hand, and have a good look at it...then let it sink in that you have shed 4 of those blocks of butter from your body this week 4!!!!!! Thats great...

    ARGHHHH HELP!!!!!

    Hi, I'd go with the last option, just try not to eat too many carbs...the reason I'd do this is because I feel I'm not on it long enough and have not lost enoguh weight to make a big difference, so I know if I refed It would be a lot harder to start back on tfr again.

    It does get better, all you have to do is 6 more days...you can do it! Try sipping on some cold fizzy water, I find this great for getting rid of the hunger pains and nausea :)

    4th day on lipo and in pain

    Keep going, I got headaches and cramps around day 4. Keep drinking water. (fizzy water helped with cramps) take pain killer for the aches. If it gets unbearable then go to doc. Try not to do too much today, take it easy. You are almost in ketosis :)
