    Coffee creamer

I don't usually like mine with warm milk in BritMum, I had a second cup this morning (it still had a bit left in with the creamer) so I added a splash of milk and it just fine.

    Accountability

Just wondering if anyone checks in here On a regular basis? I am trying to give SW a serious go and would love the motivation and accountability from other 'friends'. When I was on WW online their forums had groups and I joined one for knitters (something I love to do) so it was nice to check...

    Coffee creamer

Ha ha, I just got my hubby a Keurig for his birthday so I'm wanting to try all the coffees! Had two yesterday, but just have one today with creamer, 2 syns, and if I want another one I'll try a splash of milk from my allowance :-)

    Coffee creamer

Thanks Tania, I think I might try using my milk allowance for coffee, so the syns don't add up! Although I don't like it with just milk, so perhaps I'll just limit myself to one cup in the morning.

    Coffee creamer

Does anyone know the syns in a tblsp of coffee creamer like Coffemate French Vanilla, or International Delight? I thought I'd asked this question when I started SW a couple of weeks ago but I can't remember, and I still don't know, and can't find any thread about it on the other boards. I...

USA Slimming world Q's about online program

Hi shelly I'm in TX but jot anywhere near a place for meetings. I checked the online program after reading the mag article here last week and was shocked to see it would cost me $160 to join, and that is only for 3 months. From what I've read here you don't even get much for your money. I...

    Happy Hump Day Ladies:-)

Hi everyone, I wanted to just say hello and thank you all again for the info over the past few days. I am slowly getting the hang of SW and I posted my food diary over in the other forum but had no replies yet as it seems to keep getting bumped down as many other posts are being updated. That's...

Did I do it right? Advice please

Hi all I've only just started SW this week after reading about it in a magazine here (I'm in TX, USA, but originally from England). I have no other literature other than what I've read on line, and then I found these wonderful forums :-). After reading many posts in the overseas section and...

    Greek yogurt in USA

Yay, glad the Greek plain is free, they are my fav and I usually have a pot as a snack with some berries. I did buy some Archers Farm ones today to try, after I read your other post BritMum, it's nice to have a fruity tasting one now and then but I wouldn't have wanted to use syns for them.

    USA/Canada Free Branded Foods

    Greek yogurt in USA

What about Stoneyfield Oikos fat free Greek yogurt? I was hoping it might be a free yogurt! I'm know not all fat free yogurts are syn free due to their sugar content, but the plain Greek yogurt only has 5g of sugar. Does anyone know the syn value, if any for these ones?

    Newbie in US, totally confused!

Good morning girls, and thank you so much Clevagirl and BritMum for your replies:-). It's 8am here in TX and forecast to be another crazy hot day, over 100! It should make eating salads easy, haha! For some reason I thought the HE's were a huge list of different things, but if it's mainly dairy...

    Newbie in US, totally confused!

Hi girls, I think I'm doing this all wrong:-( I wish I had all of the literature and list of free foods, syns etc! My sister is sending me some leaflets over from England that she has from last time she did SW (she's now doing the new WW pro points) I'm hoping they help some. I have no idea...

    Newbie in US, totally confused!

I saw your added info BritMum, but $160 is just way too much money to spend right now. There are no groups near me right now, TX is huge and the nearest group is probably hours away from me. I hope more crop up soon, but hope they open up all over the US. SW would give WW some serious...

    Newbie in US, totally confused!

Hi BritMum, your diary date was 1st Feb, 2011, Tuesday. It says scrambled egg 0.5 syns. Perhaps you added milk or oil when cooking? Potatoes are not super free food, but they are still free on Green and EE days, right? I think until I get more info (when info becomes more readily available here...

Hi everyone, I'm so happy to find this forum for SW Overseas! I'm originally from England but live in TX now. Just read about the new SW diet in a amg over here this week and am trying to find out more info on it. The more I read the more I'm getting confused! I have so many questions, but...
