    Great!!! 16lbs in 11 weeks sounds totally possible... There's really nothing like the looming need to wear a bikini to motivate you! November is a great time to go on holiday.     Cruise PP I have to ask....but WHY am I so constipated?

    I wouldn't reccommend senna tea. It WILL work but I found I was worse than ever for days after I took it! Lots of mugs of warm water in the morning is somewhat helpful. I used fibresure a few yrs ago (nothing to do with dukan) and it's fantastic! Sadly you can't get it in Ireland anymore though...

    I believe it's supposed to be 2/3 protein, 1/3 veg. I know you don't have the quantities there so just make sure it's not tonnes of veg with your turkey and mince!

    Random tips to help with weight loss!!

    Roasted veg all the way, so delicious, I make them as often as I can and try to keep a box in the fridge for nibbles. Make 'em spicy with paprika and chilli powder or herby with oregano. Butternut squash is a personal favourite and filling too.
