    I hate the gym but I love classes. I think when it comes to exercise, finding something you like is a must. I started exercising with zumba. Really really loved that too. Ohh and there is nothing wrong with walking. One of the best exercises

    Bootcamp was great girls. I really love my classes. I find that they are the only time I have to myself. I am happier and more confident, more energetic and healthier when I exercise. :D

    Its so difficult because what works for one baby may not for another. Best tips for a mucusy baby though is always tilt the cot. Have you tried letting her sleep in her carrycot during the day and then put it in the room at night too so she is used to it and feels cosy. Also let her sleep on...

    Turkey chilli is always nice, then stick them in the wrap with cheese and salad, yummy. I'm the only one eats wraps in this house too, I tend to open the bag, separate the wraps with cling film and freeze, then I can just take one out when I want them.
