    hmmmmm...this is a tricky one. I am currently having a tattoo removed. So far it's taken 12 months of pain and lots of money to get rid of it and it's still there. I used to love it...in fact I have 7 tattoos but now I'm 31 I hate them all. Just be really sure you'll love it in 10 years...

    put lots of ice cubs into a plastic mixing bowl, add some water, not too much then use a hand whisk until you have the consistancy of ice cream...then add the pack. I tried adding the pack to ice with disasterous results but if you get the ice/water mixed and crushed then add it it's fab :D

    yes they said the first one is normally high- white coat syndrome... because you know you're having it taken. The dizzy spells are definintely a ide effect of low blood pressure...you should keep an eye on it as it can be as dangerous as high blood pressure.

    Blimey I would love to achieve my goal in 50 days but I think I'll be lucky to achieve it in the 100 days but I have said I am only doing it for 100 days then hoping to lose the rest on RTM. If I still had a stone to lose could I lose that on RTM.

    Not that I am advising you to cheat but if you really really must make sure you have protein. Think ham, chicken or a tin of tuna. Nothing with carbs. Best not to have it as you might start to do it on a regular basis but protein is deffo the best choice.
