    Confused

as far as i'm aware its your choice to do SS or SS+ (3 products and then the protein and veg meal) If you think this would suit you - then its your choice - the CDC shouldn't dictate to you which plan you go on, but discuss which would be best for you!

Well after 2 weeks faffing about I finally got through day 1 !!

Well done! Keep motivated - this diet really does work - with quick results! Just remember how yucky it feels getting into Ketosis (headache) and it will keep you motivated to not eat (and so knock you out of it!)

    Bernard Matthews Turkey Breast Roast

i would think not for SS+, as above says get some turkey breast or chicken breast (don't eat the skin!) and grill it or oven cook. I love a grilled chicken breast with pepper or roast a chickeand carve up (that feeds me for days!)

    Me and my mate

in all honesty - this diet is hard and takes LOTS of will power - if he hasn't got it, you can't give it to him! Also why waste the money - its an expensive diet if you're going to cheat! - you could point that out to him. Maybe when you start losing that will kick start him to doing it properly?
  38. M

    Gym

i think its good to set yourself up for when you finish cambridge - exercise will help you keep to weigh off (as long as you can put up with slower loses and have the energy!) Its all about what works for you!

Will CD work with 4 for me?

You could always start with 4 for a few weeks and then go down to 3, see what happens to your weigh loss. Or try SS+ where you get to have a meal of veg and protein - i have done that for 12 weeks and lose a steady 3lb a week (well sometimes 4lb then 2lb, but an average of 3 :-)) You have to...

    Don't understand

I agree -do you have a card with your weight loss and measurements on, so you can see where you were and where you are now? My CDC fills it in every week and even when i only lose 2lb, at least i also lose a few inches too.

    Don't understand

hi - not really advised to do lots of exercise on SS (not even sure where you get the energy - walking the dog round the park seems to tire me out!) so it might be that? did you wear the same clothes as before (e.g. jeans are heavier than leggins?) It really does work if you stick to it to the...

it can be hard when friends disapprove or try to sabotage you, but take it and use it to make you stronger. You know what you are doing and i think you need to explain to your friend how important this is and that you would really value their support - if not, as dietgirl says, try to avoid...

Yes - don't let the diet rule your life! Treat yourself tomorrow and just be good after, cutting down your sins next week to make up for it! Being 3.5 over, just take those off next week? Still annoying, but its done, so put it behind you - sounds like you have really good motivation and...

anyone not climbed up the plans but maintained or close to

Hi i too am nearly at goal and planning to do a week on each, but its not so bad, because after 810 week, you go down to 2 cambridge products a day and then down to only one, so thats a bit cheaper. (2 products on 1000 cals and 1200 cals, then 1 on 1500)
