    Help needed...

    Yes, high heeled shoes, and preferably without an ankle strap (the straps cut off the length of your legs, so one long line from knee to almost toes is best) to make the best of your pretty legs!

    Does any one else get dizzy?

    Yes, I second the importance of moderate water intake. Too much will upset the electrolyte balance and can be very harmful (water intoxication) I try to drink some of my water as carbonated water with added minerals and sodium since that should help prevent it.     Interesting Fact!!!

    What a good exercise, to figure out how many extra calories a day I ate to get where I was! I only had 72 extra calories a day after my son was born, and ended up 42lbs overweight now... eeekk! That thought will keep me on the straight and narrow! Sent from my iPad using MiniMins
