    Back with it......

    The last time I did LT I cheated on week 4 and got a burger at a take away, it tasted disgusting, I only had 2 bites and I felt like I had the flu the next day. Not really worth it and my weigh in the week after I didnt loose as much as normal....Really not worth it.

    Yep I love watching Masterchef! everything looks so nice. I get annoyed when the judges give out, I mean its food - do they know how lucky they are to have it!!!!! I also find I'm overserving everyone when I cook at home...My bf and cat will gain all the weight Im loosing haha

    Hi Cherrygem, Im 26 too and can identify with not wanting to go out because of my weight. Just the thought of finding clothes etc. is just horrible. But stick with and we can go out feeling fabulous! :)

    Loosing that much weight so fast is amazing. Maybe your body needs a break for a week. And that is still 1lb that is off your body. I know I did belly dancing in college and while my jeans fit better I wasnt loosin weight, it builds a huge amount of muscle - the same happens with zumba for some...

    Gym advice

    I think they recommend gentle exercise like walking, dont know if you will have the energy for it. Ive paid my deposit for a gym and wont start until refeeding week. you can email lipotrim directly to ask. not sure of the email but you can find it on google or on another thread here, not sure...

    Im not sure Deezer but I know it slows down my weightloss for the week and the following week makes up for it. I dont think it can stop ketosis to be honest. But I know for me I feel like Ive lost no weight when I am on it.

    Hi Danielle, the best of luck to you! Try to get past the first week if possible cause it is going to be hard, but it gets so much easier after that. I had a horrible first week too but it just suddenly clicks in and you feel better!

    Mighty monocle...do you find it difficult to exercise on lipotrim? Good for you and best of luck with it! At least you are optimistic which is really important! they say that maintenance is can actually be harder than actually loosing the weight but nonetheless it beats gaining it back again...
