    Pro Point Changes

    My other half goes to ww and each week he had a loss of 3 or 4lb his points were cut. He started on 45 and is now down to 40 and has lost about 2stone. And as I am just below my goal weight and was on 29pp she has said if i don't want to loose any more increase my pp to 30 to maintain it.

    Im from the north and up here Asda would have the best range, but they are not in the south. There are plenty of treats and nice things to be had that are not ww. I always make a point of keeping a few points back so i can have a biscuit with my tea at bed time...)

    Random tips to help with weight loss!!

    i now drink ww wine if i fancy a glass during the week, 125ml is 2 pp, and i keep my fat wine as i now call it for my treat night at the weekend that way i don't feel im missing out mid week.

    i always make a point of having something nice already cooked for after WI like a curry that is low points but still feels like a treat., and we always use our 49 weekly for that weekend treat...)

    can you not do some cooking at your sons that you can then freeze at home. it will not be easy but it would be worth it. hope you get something sorted.

    me too, as in on 29 daily, though i find i manage ok. but i thoroughly enjoy my 49 extra on a sat ev...my weigh in is also a mon, so dont worry too much, u will be fine. i be good all week and have my wee glass of ww wine so i dont feel im missing out mid week. i think its all about disicipline...

    hi clairanddanielson, im at ww 10 weeks now and i have done what im doing since i started and so far i have not been up in my weight once. started at 11.4 and a half and was 9/8 on mon ev this week. the extra 49 in my opinion are to be used for treats. keep it up...)

    My partner and i use our weekly extra points on a sat night, its when, as i now call it have my nice bottle of fat wine instead of ww wine which i have during the week. And we have some nibbles as well and we have always had a weight loss in doing it this way.its working for us.

    Is Pro Points as effective as Pure Points was?

    Im at ww since end of may, i have lost 24 and a half pound. weighed in at 9.6 on my scales this morn. pro points is so easy and def worth trying. it works if you stick to the daily points allowed. good luck.
