Hello everyone, down another 5 lbs, so that's 2 st in 5 weeks, I am sooooo happy lol lol x

Good morning everyone :) just to update as not posted for a couple of weeks. Week 4 wi was 1 lb which I was really disappointed about and week 5 wi is 5 lbs!! So really happy in 5 weeks I have lost two stone and now into the 10's. I have gone from obese to almost normal weight, I love this diet...

@ willow well done on ur loss and everyone else! No just been the diet so far, going to try and exercise next week! It's been a fab loss so far but totally expect to sts next week or lose a pound! I can't carry on like this unfortunately :) If only!!! It would truly b the best diet in the world...

Good morning everyone! Week 3 wi: 6lbs :) really happy with that and total weight loss so far = 22lbs in 3 weeks, I love this diet and it really does work. Look forward to hearing everyone elses :) :)

Morning tink, my target is 9 stone so got 3 stone to go!! It seems like such a lot to go :( I'm 5 5 and that was my weigh before the 3 kids so fingers crossed I can stick to this and get to target.
