    the front of the s.w book says the free and superfree foods are totally unlimited....but they aren't are they? for example Mullerlights can't be free as they are around 90 calories each...eat unlimited of those and you'll soon be putting weight on

    okay thanks,gonna go and dig the sheets out now and i agree with Lauratrev(sorry if your names slightly wrong)...the weigh in ladies were so supportive when i lost 12 pounds in the first 2 weeks and then when i put 0.5 on in the 3rd week they couldn't hide their disappointment:(

    im due to have my second weigh in at s.w on wednesday..my first weeks loss was 6.5 pounds and i weighed myself in boots on sunday and it said i had re-gained 4.5 pounds of that weight!!!....i have been following the diet rigidly or so i thought... i thought the free food was all- you can eat??
