    if you're on 6l already you're fine!! the extra glass is if you only drink the bare minimum of 2.25L, then you should have an extra glass with any tetras or bars, because you're drinking less water than if you had a shake.. I always want a drink with my bars anyway :)

    different people lose different amounts in their first weeks.. the difference with CD is that you keep losing better amounts each week than you do on other diets, so give it a couple of weeks and you'll see the results :D that said, I think you've done great in your first week anyway :D

    I tried to.. I cut out caffeine, so I got most of my headaches out the way!! and I tried to cut down on carbs, which I mostly managed.. except for half a pack of biccies on the last day!!! but other than feeling hungry on day 2/3 I settled into SS really quickly :)

    I use sugar free chewing gum every day. I do get hungry every now and then but nothing unbearable.. and at least it stops me being paranoid about having bad breath!

    wow, that's great going!!! I drank 5l one day and felt really queasy for the next couple of days as well, so I'm convinced it's the water!!! now I stick to 2.5-3 and feel fine..
