    Hi, Thanks for your replies. I'm actually really looking forward to fasting on Monday, been over indulging too much at the mo and feel rubbish. I use my fitness pal and my fitbit and plan on sticking to 2000 on non fast days. I will also find it hard but I think long term this could be a good plan.
