    A Freshly brewed 2012 and a few pounds lighter!

    Eggs are great - poached or boiled. Fried is not good, and scrambled has too much added junk.......a slice of wholegrain toast without butter and a poached egg is a good brekkie!

    I agree they are good, I've done this before to take to work for my lunches. Way nicer as they are cooked properly in the oven first, then wrap em in tin foil and take one with you each day, nuke it in the microwave!!

    Portion control is the best way :eating: That way you still feel like you're not on a diet as you're eating the same foods, just less of it. I weigh everything now so I can count what I've eaten. Does your treadmill have an incline function? That's a great way to really up the intensity...

    100 cal snacks

    I love the Boots Shapers crisps, range between 73 and 97 cals per bag. They do popcorn too, which is OK. Also adore SlimFast choc heaven bar at 95 cals, or a big serving of grapes @ 60 cals per 100grams!
